Request account deletion
To delete your OurLittleNames account and associated data, email support@ourlittlenames.com with the subject “OurLittleNames account deletion”. You do not need the app installed.
Send the request from the email address you use to sign in. If you cannot access that address, tell support so we can help verify that the account belongs to you. Never send passwords, login codes, or payment card details.
What your request covers
Your request covers your email address, display name, memberships in all family rooms, saved likes, passes and skips, and custom names you added. Support will verify your identity and confirm when deletion is complete.
Other family members’ accounts and votes on other names are not part of your request. If you own a shared room, support will help resolve who manages it before completing deletion.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting an OurLittleNames account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you purchased the family subscription, cancel its renewal in Google Play’s subscription settings. Tell support if your family still has a paid subscription so its remaining access can be addressed with your request.
